résumés and tones of 'garbage' résumés: we
erased from our database those résumés that are below a
minimum standard. On February 1st, 2002 we deleted 1000 résumés
from JobBank.ro database (and updated the number shown on JobBank.ro homepage)
and in January 2003 we deleted another 2000 of the weekest and uncompleted
résumés.
One
of JobBank.ro best feature is it's search engine: shows matching résumés
in order of posting date or relevance, at your choice. The relevance
of a résumé, quantified in the number of points shown near
the person's name, is basically computed accounting for how many times
the keyword(s) appears in the given résumé, improving your
chances to find qualified professionals fast and easy. The search is performed
using an advanced indexing scheme, returning the matching résumés
instantly.
Also, the keyword(s) you searched for are highlighted in the returned
résumés.

résumés have flexible and large fields, inspiring JobBank.ro
registered Job Seekers to take it seriously when posting their résumés.
Most of the JobBank.ro registered users have taken great care in filling
out their résumés.
You
can post FOR FREE 3 jobs simultaneously. If you post a 4th job, the
oldest one in your account will be automatically deleted, if you do not
specify to us otherwise. Jobs will be deleted from the site after about
one month.
You
can search FOR FREE any number of résumés.
You can view 3 résumés per day FOR FREE. If you are
a very small company, JobBank.ro offers you the best deal you can get
for free on the Romanian web: you can view for free up to 90 résumés
per month!

was sent to approx. 15 000 registered Job Seekers (valid emails).
The Newsletter has career advises written by human resources specialists
and advices from our Team (how to apply for the jobs posted by different
companies on the site, how to revise their résumés regularly,
how to write as much as possible in different fields of their online résumé...).
Our
work is not done, but we already have good results.
